Who are No Win No Fee Solicitors?

If you are thinking to file a personal injury claim or abuse claim the first thing you need to do is consult a lawyer who will take your claim to the court. Hiring a lawyer may not be difficult; however, an expert solicitor often charges high fees which you may find hard to pay.

In such cases, signing a 'No Win No Fee' contract may be ideal for you. Under such agreement, solicitors charge fees only if the case goes in your favor. The losing party is generally ordered to pay all your court costs including fees of solicitors; so practically you need to pay nothing. Should there be any cost the losing party is not ordered to compensate, you are responsible to pay that.

However, if you lose, your solicitor does not charge you any fees. But you may have to pay court costs of both you and the winning party. It is always suggested to enquire the aftermaths of both win and loss while using No Win No Fee Solicitor.
